Edwin J. McGuinn |

Chief Executive Officer |
|
Edwin J. McGuinn was
named Chief Executive Officer in May 2000 and Chairman
in 2009. From 2003 to 2008 he also served as Chairman
and CEO of MRU Holdings, Inc., a public specialty finance
company in direct to consumer private education loans
via the internet.
Previously, Mr. McGuinn
was President and CEO of Automated Trading Systems,
Inc., an internet-based securities firm and one of the
first proprietary web-based systems for trading investment
grade and high yield bonds. Mr. McGuinn also held executive
management positions at Lehman Brothers, Mabon Securities
and Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, Inc. He spent
eleven years at Lehman Brothers as an Executive Vice
President where he was a member of the firm's fixed
income operating committee responsible for domestic
and international trading and sales in New York, London
and Tokyo.
Mr. McGuinn received a
bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from
Colgate University, and a master's degree in accounting
from NYU. He holds a CPA license from the State of New
York.

Michael W. Yacenda |

During the past several
years as eLOT, Inc. was in its developmental stage,
Mr. Yacenda has been Managing Director and co-founder
of MeetingBridge, LLC a virtual conferencing company.
The company has grown from 0 to $5 MLN in revenues in
three years and reached profitability in its second
year. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Yacenda was president of
eLottery Inc., a subsidiary of eLOT, Inc. which built
and operated the National Indian Lottery over the internet
under a Compact between the State of Idaho and the Coeur
d'Alene Tribe. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating
Officer of Executone Information Systems, (the public
company predecessor of eLOT, Inc.), an integrated telecom
equipment and service provider with sales of $300 million.
He has also held senior management positions at ISOETEC
and Arthur Andersen.
He received a BS in Business
Administration and a MBA from Penn State. He holds a
CPA license from the State of CT.

Anthony F. Yacenda |

Anthony F. Yacenda provided consulting support to eLottery in 2003 and was named CIO in January, 2005. Mr. Yacenda has extensive experience in internet sales and ecommerce. Previously, Mr. Yacenda co-founded two successful ecommerce ventures: Kemper Enterprise Group and MeetingBridge. Kemper Enterprise Group, a direct marketer of automobile insurance, was founded in 1997. Mr. Yacenda managed the design and development eKemper.com, the first internet site that enabled a prospect to complete the purchase of an automobile insurance policy online. MeetingBridge, founded in 2001 is an internet retailer of conferencing services. Mr Yacenda designed and implemented MeetingBridge"s web-based sales and service infrastructure.
Mr. Yacenda has over 25
year experience designing and developing technology
solutions, including 7 years with the Consulting Division
of Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture). A CPA,
he received a BS in Business Administration from Penn
State where he graduated with distinction.

Gregory Ziemak |

During the past several
years as eLOT, Inc. was in its developmental stage,
Mr. Ziemak has been in charge of all governmental lottery
marketing. In addition, he is the President of Ziemak
Consulting, a lottery industry consulting company. Prior
to this, he has been the Director of the Connecticut
and Kansas Lotteries and has served as President of
the North American Association of State and Provincial
Lotteries ("NASPL") and Chairman of the Powerball Game
Group. He has also held senior management positions
at the Yaffee Group, supervising the Michigan Lottery
advertising account, and International Game Technology,
managing their video lottery accounts in New York and
Rhode Island.
He received a BA in Economics
from Boston College, an MA in Political Science from
Trinity College and an MS in Management from Rensselaer.
